Job summary

LiftOne is seeking a Telemetry Lead to install, troubleshoot, and train customers on next-level telemetry and automation capabilities. You will implement telematics across LiftOne's customer base and support equipment through setup, troubleshooting, and guiding the telemetry information portal.

Responsibilities include on-site fleet demos and onboarding, advising on best configurations, resolving reporting issues, and creating guidelines for technicians.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from two-year college or university in a technical discipline.
• Two years of telematics design and implementation experience or four years of telematics troubleshooting and implementation experience.
• Demonstrated capability in use of wiring schematics for troubleshooting and repair.
• Experience in aftermarket service and/or parts preferred.

Responsibilities

• On-site support for customer fleet telematics product demos and onboarding.
• Become a customer's trusted advisor by recommending best practices for their products, configurations, and overall architecture.
• Identify and resolve telemetry reporting issues across the telematics fleet.
• Develop installation and troubleshooting guidelines for technicians.
• Train technicians and LiftOne employees in software and hardware troubleshooting.
• Communicate with the Telemetry Team about installs and customer set up requirements.
• Provide technical support to the telemetry troubleshooting call center for customer and technician support requests.
• Travel: Up to 50% to LiftOne branches and customers throughout the Southeast.
