Job summary

LiftOne is seeking a Telemetry Lead to support installation, troubleshooting, customer adoption, and training of advanced telemetry across its divisions. The role focuses on implementing telematics, setting up units, and helping customers navigate the telemetry information portal while supporting LiftOne teams.

The position requires onsite presence, up to 50% travel in the Southeast, and collaboration with technicians and customers to ensure reliable telemetry deployments and proactive support.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree in a technical discipline is required.
  • 2 years telematics design and/or implementation experience or 4 years troubleshooting experience.
  • Demonstrated capability using wiring schematics for troubleshooting.
  • Experience in aftermarket service and/or parts is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • On-site support for customer fleet telematics product demos and onboarding.
  • Be the customer's trusted advisor with best practices and configurations.
  • Identify and resolve telemetry reporting issues across fleets.
  • Develop installation and troubleshooting guidelines for technicians.
  • Train technicians and LiftOne employees in software and hardware troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate with Telemetry Team on install and setup requirements.
  • Provide technical support to the telemetry troubleshooting call center.
  • Travel up to 50% to LiftOne branches and customers in the Southeast.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
