Job summary

Clinical Management Consultants seeks a Medical Surgical and Telemetry Clinical Educator to shape bedside practice across a medical‑surgical and telemetry service line in an oceanfront community with strong public transport access.

The educator will partner with nursing leadership and frontline clinicians to assess learning needs, deliver competency‑based education, mentor preceptors, and support policy and regulatory standards while enhancing workforce readiness and patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Rounding with staff to assess learning needs and provide real-time coaching.
• Developing competency-based education resources and evaluating learner performance.
• Supporting quality and patient-safety initiatives and translating evidence-based practice into bedside workflows.
• Coordinating orientation, onboarding, and preceptor development for new hires and staff.
