Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for Telemetry units on a full-time 7A-7P daytime schedule. The CNA will provide direct patient care, assist with hygiene, I&O, specimen collection, and collaborative care with the nursing team on Tele 3 and Tele 4 units.

Requirements include Kentucky Nurse Aide Certification, High School Diploma, and BLS. Benefits are offered including health, life, disability, tuition reimbursement, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Performs direct patient care tasks as outlined by scope of practice.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bowel and bladder function while preserving dignity.
• Record I&O and collect specimens for lab analysis.
• Change and transport soiled linens and maintain clean patient rooms.
• Assist with activity, turning, and repositioning per provider orders.
