Job summary
Baptist Health in Kentucky is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for Telemetry on the Day shift. The role supports 10-bed Telemetry (Tele 4) and 22-bed Telemetry (Tele 3) units, providing direct patient care under RN supervision in a general medical-surgical environment.

Qualifications
- Current Kentucky Nurse Aide Certification or active enrollment in nursing program with clinical rotation verified
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic Life Support (obtained within 30 days of hire)
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with personal hygiene (bathing, oral care, grooming)
- Assist with bowel/bladder functions maintaining patient dignity
- Record intake/output
- Collect/label/transport specimens for lab analysis
- change and transport soiled linens
- Maintain clean, safe patient room/environment
- Assist with activity, turning, and repositioning as directed by nurse
- Communicate patient information to nurse
- Set priorities for care of multiple patients
