Tenet Healthcare's Westover Hills Baptist Hospital in San Antonio, TX seeks a compassionate patient care support role to assist nursing teams and provide comfort to patients across units. Under RN supervision, you will deliver basic and intermediate nursing care, monitor patient conditions, assist with daily activities, and support safe, high-quality care throughout the patient journey.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Nurse Aide/EMT/Medical Assistant certification preferred.
• CPR/Basic Life Support training required or ability to obtain.

Responsabilidades

• Under RN supervision, provides basic and intermediate nursing care for assigned patients.
• Assists with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Monitors patient conditions and reports changes to nursing staff.
• Supports maternal/child, pediatric, and geriatric units as needed.
• Completes required competencies and participates in ongoing education.

Educación

High School Diploma or equivalent

Graduate of an accredited Nurse Aide, Medical Assistant or EMT program
