Job summary

Prime Healthcare Services' Saint Mary of Nazareth Hospital in Chicago is hiring a Clinical Nursing Supervisor for the Cardiac Telemetry department. The role supports department operations, assigns staff, conducts orientation and training, and coordinates with the unit Director and Manager to ensure patient care quality and regulatory compliance.

This full-time days position includes rotating weekends and holidays, with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state RN license.
• BSN preferred.
• BLS certification upon hire and maintained.
• ACLS certification upon hire and maintained.
• Minimum 2 years nursing experience with 1 year supervisory/leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support administrative responsibilities for department services and collaborate with unit leadership.
• Develop departmental plans including performance improvement and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee orientation and training, communicate with staff and physicians, and supervise staff during shifts.
• Direct patient care when needed and ensure efficient department function.

Education
