The Hospitals of Providence - East Campus is seeking an RN Charge Nurse to lead unit operations, oversee nursing staff, and ensure safe, efficient patient care. The role collaborates with medical providers to maintain care quality and patient throughput.

Responsibilities include directing assignments, mentoring new staff, and participating in emergency and daily hospital processes with adherence to safety and hospital policies.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and current RN license.
• 1 year of RN experience required; BLS; ACLS/PALS/NRP as applicable per policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and support to staff and supervise nursing and support staff.
• Direct patient flow, admissions, transfers, and discharges, ensuring safe, high-quality care.
