BJC HealthCare is seeking a Telemetry Charge Nurse (RN) for a dynamic 31-bed cardiac telemetry unit in Saint Peters, Missouri. This full-time night-shift position supports a high-acuity patient population and offers a pathway for professional growth via the RN Career Ladder.

The role requires 2–5 years of RN experience and current RN licensure. Preferred candidates have a Bachelor’s in Nursing and prior telemetry or cardiology exposure.

Competenze

• RN license required and 2–5 years of RN experience.
• Experience in telemetry/cardiac care preferred.

• Identify and resolve gaps in care from hospitalization to ambulatory care. Proactively mitigate changes in condition and coordinate with interprofessional team.
• Lead development and implementation of complex care plans with defined goals alongside patient, family, and care team.
