Job summary

BJC HealthCare in O'Fallon, IL is seeking a Telemetry Charge Nurse (RN) to oversee cardiac telemetry patients during night shifts. You will lead bedside nursing care and collaborate with the care team to ensure safe, efficient patient flow.

The role requires RN licensure, a Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree, and 2–5 years of Med/Surg or telemetry RN experience. BSN preferred. This is a staff, full-time, night position with a 12-hour shift and a sign-on bonus up to $7,500.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates gaps in care from hospitalization to ambulatory care.
