Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with RN license in the hiring state or compact licensure.
• Current RN license and certifications (BLS and ACLS) required or obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Experience in adult acute care medical-surgical units preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care for assigned patients.
• Coordinates patient care in conjunction with other departments and teams.
• Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers.
• Maintains patient rights and confidentiality in all interactions.
