Thriveworks is seeking a licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our Pittsburgh, PA practice. You will conduct psychiatric assessments via telemedicine and in-person visits, treat ages 14+, and collaborate on care plans.

This fee-for-service W2 role offers compensation from $130,000 to $187,000 per year based on 25–35 weekly hours, with in-office presence at least one day weekly. Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in Nursing with PMHNP prescriptive authority and board

Formación

• Licensed PMHNP with board certification and active PA licensure.
• Master’s in Nursing with prescriptive authority in PA.
• Psychiatry experience (1 year required; 3 years plus is a plus); AdvancedMD EMR experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Make psychiatric assessments and evaluations via telemedicine.
• Treat patients aged 14 and older.
• Go into the office at least 1 day per week.
• Prescribe medications to reduce mental health symptoms as needed.
• Create and collaborate on care plans with clients.
• Complete and/or administer appropriate paperwork and assessment tools per Thriveworks guidelines.
• Adhere to Thriveworks' Clinical Practice Guidelines.
• Consult with Regional Clinic Directors on clients, programs, and services.
