Compass Palliative Care, a California-based provider, seeks outstanding California-based Nurse Practitioners/ PAs with interest in palliative care for telemedicine visits post-hospital discharge. Flexible days and hours are offered; the provider must reside in California and be licensed as an NP or PA with an active DEA license.

This is a remote contract role. Expected hours: 30 per week, with training and continuing education support from experienced physicians to ensure optimal patient

Job description:

Compass Palliative, a leading California-based palliative care provider, seeks outstanding California-based Nurse Practitioners/ PAs with experience and/or interest in palliative care. Our practice provides palliative telemedicine appointments for California-basedpatientspost-hospital discharge.

**We are pleased to offer FLEXIBLE DAYS and HOURS. Provider must be residing in CALIFORNIA.

Expected hours: 30**

The practitioner will be assigned a specific patientloadfor which they will be responsible. Our program is run by experienced and board-certified physicians who take pride in providing training and in-service education to their staff. They believe in the advancement of their staff as well as creating the best possible outcomes for the patients they serve.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assess patients in atelemedicine environment
