Job summary

WAUKESHA-PEARCE INDUSTRIES LLC is seeking a Digital Solutions Specialist to collect and translate telematics and oil analysis data into practical maintenance insights. You will work across Komatsu platforms and other OEMs to identify risks and enable predictive maintenance.

The role covers the CMD territory of Texas and Louisiana with ~50% travel. You will develop standard procedures and dashboards, and collaborate with IT, service, and product support teams to drive adoption of digital

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required. Trade School or bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand equipment systems and maintenance practices.
• Experience with OEM telematics, condition monitoring, or digital equipment platforms is a plus.
• Minimum 1 year of experience analyzing complex technical and data-related situations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel; Service Pro/Smartsheet preferred.
• Experience with BI, data visualization, dashboarding, or related analytics tools preferred.
• Experience with Snowflake or cloud data warehouse; SQL/APIs knowledge is a plus.
• Experience using generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) and applying insights responsibly.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills; training abilities are beneficial.
• Leadership or project coordination experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze equipment data from KOMTRAX, My Komatsu, and OEM telematics platforms.
• Correlate fault codes, utilization, and maintenance history to identify risks and recommend actions.
• Translate data into prioritized maintenance insights and notifications.
• Develop and improve procedures, escalation paths, and workflows for telematics and digital services.
• Drive technology adoption across branches through training and coaching.
• Create dashboards, BI reports, scorecards, and program results for various stakeholders.
• Support data warehousing and analytics initiatives using Snowflake and data models.
• Ensure data quality and resolve discrepancies across systems.
• Support oil analysis processes and OEM programs; assist with scalable digital solutions.
• Collaborate with OEMs, vendors, and branches to ensure clear communication and customer satisfaction.
