Job summary

Infosys in Richardson, TX seeks a Technology Project Lead 1 to drive delivery governance for telecom/media/tech clients. You will coordinate teams, manage SDLC alignment, and ensure quality across all project phases while balancing budgets and client expectations.

Ideal candidates have extensive experience in project leadership, test automation with Selenium Java, API testing, and strong communication with stakeholders. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Develop project timelines and proactively address resource discrepancies to ensure timely delivery.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, coordinating regular meetings and milestone reviews.
• Support the SDLC processes and ensure deliverables meet client requirements and specs.
• Monitor deliverables across all phases to meet quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations.
• Contribute to project budgets aligned with scope and strategy and obtain client sign-offs.
• Identify scope changes and new requests, assist in effort estimation and approvals.

In the assigned Job Role of Technology Project Lead 1, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

• Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies, to ensure timely project completion
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, facilitating smooth communication through regular meetings and milestone reviews
• Support the technical team in following SDLC processes, ensuring all deliverables align with client requirements and specifications
• Monitor project deliverables across all phases, to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations
• Contribute to the creation of project budgets that aligns with the scope, strategy, and key deliverables
• Identify scope alterations and new client requests, support in effort estimation, obtaining necessary approvals and securing client sign-offs

Additional Required Qualifications
