Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent education.
• Experience with telematics, data acquisition, and control systems.
• Ability to work across a matrix organization and lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and maintenance of telematics and operator information systems.
• Develop new capabilities and features to solve customer challenges.
• Maintain configuration files for data acquisition and ensure data flows back to Caterpillar.
• Support field studies and monitor machine performance.
• Drive site performance and productivity studies.
• Lead cross-functional issue resolution across the organization.
• Provide feedback to regional teams and dealers on operational improvements.
