Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar environment and role.

• Experience with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to analyze issues and implement downtime-minimizing solutions.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, cleaning, and maintenance on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems to prevent failures.
• Diagnose, repair, or replace broken parts for machinery and building structures.
• Maintain production machinery, robots, and conveyor systems.
• Perform general repairs such as painting, drywall, carpentry; possible landscaping or snow removal.
• Maintain records of maintenance tasks, repairs, and inventory.
