Position Overview

We’re looking for a motivated Telemarketer to help generate warm transfers and support our sales team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys fast-paced work, thrives on hitting goals, and communicates clearly and confidently on the phone. Consistency and strong work ethic are key — your performance directly impacts your earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Make a minimum of 200 outbound calls per day
• Engage prospects in a professional and friendly manner
• Qualify leads and complete warm transfers to the sales team
• Maintain accurate notes and follow internal call processes
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets

Compensation

• $15/hour for the first 60 days, then $16/hour
• Weekly Transfer Bonus:
  • 0–25 transfers: $10
  • 26–40 transfers: $15
  • 41+ transfers: $25
• Anticipated annual compensation: $45,000–$80,000+ depending on performance
