The Jack Herbst State Farm Agency is seeking an energetic Appointment Setter / Telemarketer to reach out to potential customers, generate interest in insurance products, and schedule appointments for the licensed sales team. No prior insurance experience is required, just a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.

You will make outbound calls, follow up with interested prospects, and maintain accurate records while striving to meet daily and weekly goals in a supportive team

Qualifications

• Strong communication and phone etiquette.
• Ability to work with lead lists and meet daily targets.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound calls.
• Sales or customer service experience is favorable but not required.

Job Description

The Jack Herbst State Farm Agency is looking for an energetic, motivated, and outgoing individual to join our team as an Appointment Setter / Telemarketer!

This position is perfect for someone who enjoys talking to people, has a positive attitude, and isn't afraid to pick up the phone. Your primary responsibility will be reaching out to potential customers, generating interest in our insurance products, and scheduling appointments for our licensed sales team.

No insurance experience is necessary! We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, great communication skills, and a willingness to learn.

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided lead lists.
• Schedule qualified appointments for our licensed insurance team.
