Allara, a leading women’s health platform, is hiring Registered Dietitians who focus on delivering exceptional care to underserved women. This fully remote role supports ongoing nutrition care for diverse patient populations across the U.S.

As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will analyze intake data, provide video-based counseling, and use training materials to maintain consistent, evidence-based care. A current RD license and telehealth experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• CDR-certified Registered Dietitian with current license.
• 1 year experience treating patients with complex women’s health conditions (strongly desired).
• Ability to function autonomously as a provider in telehealth settings.
• Strong written and verbal communication with compassion.

Responsabilités

• Conduct diet and lifestyle counseling via video and provide nutrition care guidance.
• Incorporate Allara’s nutrition training and materials to ensure consistent care.
• Apply motivational interviewing and behavior change techniques across care continuity.
• Collaborate with APRNs and MDs involved in patient management.
• Maintain accurate patient records and respond to inquiries and administrative tasks.

Your Impact

• Analyze intake assessments, including medical history, dietary habits, laboratory results, and more.
• Conduct diet and lifestyle counseling and education sessions via video, including offering general movement, sleep, or stress management advice as needed and related to nutrition care.
• Employ Allara’s provided nutrition training and educational materials to ensure consistent care while adapting to patient needs.
• Incorporate motivational interviewing and behavior change techniques throughout the continuity of care.
• Collaborate with APRNs and MDs involved in the medical management of your patients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Responsibilities also include charting, addressing patient inquiries, and responding to administrative tasks and messages in a timely manner.

Required Qualifications

• Certification: Registered Dietitian with current certification from the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
• Experience: 1-year experience treating patients with complex women’s health conditions (strongly desired).
• Clinical Independence: Proven ability to function as an autonomous provider with strong diagnostic judgment and critical thinking skills
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication, with an emphasis on compassion and clarity
• Webside Manner: A natural ability to build trust and connection with patients in a virtual setting
• Evidence-Based Practice: A genuine commitment to delivering care rooted in current clinical research
• Technical Proficiency: Comfortable working across multiple platforms including EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling tools
• Telemedicine Experience: Prior telehealth experience is a plus
• State License Requirements & Hiring Considerations: An active, unrestricted, and unencumbered professional license in at least one U.S. state is required.
