Allara, a comprehensive women’s health provider, is hiring Registered Dietitians to deliver expert, nutrition-focused care to underserved women nationwide. This fully remote role within the U.S.

involves video-based counseling and collaboration with APRNs/MDs. The position offers a base salary of $65,000 with potential to reach $105,000 through incentive pay, plus benefits such as health/dental/vision, 401(k), CEU stipend, and malpractice coverage.

Qualifications

• Certified Registered Dietitian with current CDR certification.
• 1 year of experience treating complex women’s health conditions.
• Ability to function autonomously with strong diagnostic judgment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with compassion.
• Experience with telehealth is a plus.
• Active, unrestricted U.S. state license is required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze intake assessments including medical history and labs.
• Provide diet and lifestyle counseling via video sessions.
• Utilize nutrition training materials to ensure consistent care.
• Incorporate motivational interviewing and behavior change techniques.

Your Impact

• Analyze intake assessments, including medical history, dietary habits, laboratory results, and more.

• Conduct diet and lifestyle counseling and education sessions via video, including offering general movement, sleep, or stress management advice as needed and related to nutrition care.

• Employ Allara’s provided nutrition training and educational materials to ensure consistent care while adapting to patient needs.

• Incorporate motivational interviewing and behavior change techniques throughout the continuity of care.

• Collaborate with APRNs and MDs involved in the medical management of your patients.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

• Responsibilities also include charting, addressing patient inquiries, and responding to administrative tasks and messages in a timely manner.

Required Qualifications

• Certification: Registered Dietitian with current certification from the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).

• Experience: 1-year experience treating patients with complex women’s health conditions (strongly desired).

• Clinical Independence: Proven ability to function as an autonomous provider with strong diagnostic judgment and critical thinking skills

• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication, with an emphasis on compassion and clarity

• Webside Manner: A natural ability to build trust and connection with patients in a virtual setting

• Evidence-Based Practice: A genuine commitment to delivering care rooted in current clinical research

• Technical Proficiency: Comfortable working across multiple platforms including EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling tools

• Telemedicine Experience: Prior telehealth experience is a plus

• State License Requirements & Hiring Considerations: An active, unrestricted, and unencumbered professional license in at least one U.S. state is required.
