Backpack Healthcare is seeking a compassionate PMHNP for part-time telehealth care with children, teens, and young adults. You will join an integrated care team and provide evidence-based, family-centered psychiatric care.

Afternoon, evening, and weekend availability is required to align with families' schedules. Competitive per-session compensation and monthly bonuses are included within a supportive, clinician-led environment.

Qualificações

• A master's or doctoral PMHNP degree from an accredited program.
• Experience or interest in working with children, adolescents, and families.
• Comfort working independently in a telehealth environment.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive psychiatric care to children, teens, and young adults via telehealth.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop diagnostic formulations.
• Create individualized treatment plans with patients and families.
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications with monitoring of safety and efficacy.
• Collaborate with therapists, psychiatrists, and care coordinators.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the EHR.
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses, medications, and outcomes.
