Job summary

Fort Health is hiring a PMHNP-BC to deliver evidence-based therapy and medication management for children and adolescents via a remote telehealth model. The clinician reports to the Medical Director and provides care with minimal supervision, targeting after-school hours Monday–Friday, with weekend optional coverage.

The role requires IL licensure, pediatric PMHNP experience, and DEA availability or willingness to obtain.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed PMHNP-BC in IL.
• Minimum of one year of experience with children/adolescents.
• DEA license or willingness to obtain one.
• Reliable high-speed internet (min 50 Mbps down / 10 Mbps up).
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric services via telehealth to youth.
• Coordinate treatment with licensed therapists in Fort Health network.
• Adhere to Fort Health platform guidelines and training.
• Deliver prompt, empathetic clinical care through the platform.
• Give feedback to engineering/ops to improve care delivery.
• Implement medication plans for mild to moderate disorders in telehealth.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians and therapists.
