Job summary

Legion Health seeks PMHNPs to provide psychiatric care through telehealth with meaningful clinical autonomy and strong operational support. You’ll practice at the top of your license and collaborate with psychiatrists, delivering evidence-based care to patients.

Fully remote nationwide, positions available full-time and part-time. Compensation ranges from $150K–$300K per year depending on patient-care hours, with weekly pay, malpractice insurance, and robust credentialing support.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted PMHNP license in at least one US state
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfort providing remote care and using EHR systems
• Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent patient care for psychiatric conditions via telehealth
• Perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments and risk analyses
• Create and execute individualized treatment plans including medication management
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and clinical peers through consultations
• Use technology and telehealth systems to deliver care
