Legion Health is a technology-forward psychiatry company delivering world-class outpatient mental health care with a flexible remote model. We are seeking exceptional PMHNPs across the United States for telehealth roles offering clinical autonomy and robust operational support.

Full-time and part-time positions are available, with compensation ranging from $150K to $300K per year depending on patient-care hours and experience. Weekly pay and comprehensive malpractice insurance are included.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted PMHNP license in at least one U.S. state.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfort delivering care remotely using electronic health records.
• Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality psychiatric care for conditions such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, and related disorders.
• Perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments including history, medical history, evaluation, and risk analysis.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans combining medication management and brief psychotherapy.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Follow evidence-based clinical protocols and safe prescribing practices.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and peers via consultations and case reviews.
• Leverage telehealth technology and healthcare platforms to ensure reliable remote care.
