Legion Health is seeking experienced PMHNPs to provide psychiatric care via telehealth across the United States. You’ll enjoy significant clinical autonomy, comprehensive administrative support, and access to premium EHR, e-prescribing, and AI tools.

Full-time or part-time positions, remote work, with weekly pay and competitive compensation ($150K–$300K per year). We emphasize evidence-based practice and compassionate patient care while maintaining strict credentialing and licensure support.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted PMHNP license in at least one US state.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort providing care remotely and using electronic health record systems.
• Commitment to patient-centered, compassionate, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent patient care for depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, bipolar disorder.
• Perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments including history, medical history, evaluation, and risk analysis.
• Create and execute individualized treatment plans with medication management and brief psychotherapy.
• Provide compassionate, respectful, patient-centered care.
• Use evidence-based protocols and responsible prescribing practices.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and peers through consultations and case reviews.
• Use technology to deliver reliable telehealth care.
