Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency seeks a physician licensed in multiple states to provide virtual healthcare across various specialties. The role focuses on patient-centered virtual care with flexible remote work and self-scheduled hours.

Responsibilities include patient assessments, medical history reviews, and appropriate treatment, along with ordering and interpreting lab tests and prescribing meds (excluding most controlled substances). DEA certification is required.

Qualifications

• Active medical licenses in at least three states (preferably five).
• Experience with telehealth or high-volume in-person care.
• DEA certification required.
• Ability to collaborate with a healthcare team and document thoroughly.
