Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking a licensed physician to provide high-quality virtual care across multiple states in a flexible telemedicine setting. Responsibilities include patient assessments, reviewing histories, and prescribing medications as appropriate.

The role offers complete schedule flexibility, remote work from anywhere, malpractice insurance, and dedicated support, with earning potential exceeding $400K annually.

Qualifications

• Active medical licenses in at least three U.S. states (prefer five).
• Experience delivering care via telemedicine or high-volume clinics.
• DEA registration and applicable CSL/controlled substance licensing.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient assessments and care via telemedicine across multiple states.
• Review histories, prescribe medications (excluding most controlled substances).
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and collaborate with care teams.
• Engage in continuous learning about telehealth practices and patient safety.

Job description

Role Overview: A licensed physician providing high-quality virtual care across multiple states in a flexible telemedicine environment. The role involves conducting patient assessments, reviewing medical histories, prescribing medications (excluding controlled substances except buprenorphine), and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Key Responsibilities:
  Deliver patient-centered virtual care with compassionate communication
  Order, interpret lab tests, and prescribe appropriate treatments
  Maintain accurate medical documentation
  Stay current with medical advancements and telehealth practices
• Qualifications & Skills:
  Active medical licenses in at least three, preferably five, U.S. states
  Experience in telehealth or high-volume clinical settings
  DEA certification and applicable CSL
  Strong communication skills and proficiency with telemedicine platforms and EMRs
  Ability to work a minimum of 15 hours weekly over four days
