Job summary

Upstream Rehabilitation is seeking Physical Therapists for a fully remote telehealth role, offering flexible evenings and weekends and part-time hours (20-25 hours/week). You’ll join an established orthopedic caseload with 1:1 care, and have autonomy over your schedule and caseload.

Licenses in OR and WA required. Pay per visit model up to $40 per completed visit. Training and onboarding support are provided.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in OR and WA.

• Provide 1:1 physical therapy sessions.
• Manage an established orthopedic caseload.

Estimated pay ranges listed above are based on several factors including but not limited to your pay class, experience, background and geographic location of the clinic
