Job summary

Upstream Rehabilitation is seeking Physical Therapists to join our Telehealth team. This fully remote role offers 30–40 hours per week, with evenings until 8pm EST and some weekend flexibility.

You’ll manage an established orthopedic caseload in a collaborative, evidence‑based setting, delivering 1:1 care with pay per visit up to $40 per completed visit. Oregon and Washington licenses (full or compact) are required.

• Active Physical Therapist license in OR and WA.

Estimated pay ranges listed above are based on several factors including but not limited to your pay class, experience, background and geographic location of the clinic
