Job summary

Upstream Rehabilitation is seeking Physical Therapists for flexible, visit-based earnings in Clarksville, TN. You control your caseload with support to maximize patient outcomes in outpatient ortho settings. Full-time or part-time options available, with weekend and weekday scheduling flexibility.

Earn $45 per completed evaluation and $30 per completed follow-up visit, with streamlined documentation and scheduling to help you spend more time with patients while building your PT career.

Qualifications

• Active / pending Physical Therapist license in the state of Tennessee (or eligible).
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MPT, or equivalent).
