Job summary

Upstream Rehabilitation is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to deliver 1:1 care to patients across the United States. You’ll have autonomy over your caseload and flexible schedules, including evenings 2+ days per week, with a pay-per-visit model up to $40 per completed visit.

Efficient documentation and scheduling systems support onboarding and help you earn more quickly within the team. This role emphasizes collaborative, evidence-based care and clinician support.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in OR and WA
• Available for full-time hours, with evenings 2+ days per week

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 physical therapy care to patients
