Job summary

Summit Healthcare Staffing seeks an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join a Brooklyn multi-speciality practice. This in-person role uses a telehealth platform to provide comprehensive care in a collaborative clinical environment.

You will perform assessments, diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and maintain accurate EMR. Expect to see about 25 patients per day and collaborate with physicians and staff.

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in New York.
• Credentialed with Medicare and Medicaid.
• Telehealth experience is a plus.

Benefits Package
