Job summary

Summit Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join a multi-speciality practice in Brooklyn, NY. This in-person role includes care delivered through a telemedicine platform, focusing on comprehensive assessments and accurate diagnoses.

You will collaborate with physicians and clinicians to implement individualized treatment plans, maintain EMRs, and see about 25 patients per day.

Qualifications

• Active New York Nurse Practitioner license.
• Must be credentialed with Medicare and Medicaid.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Telehealth experience is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.

This is an in-person position where you'll provide care through a telehealth platform in a modern, collaborative clinical environment. Your expertise will help improve patient outcomes through comprehensive assessments, accurate diagnoses, and effective treatment plans.

Compensation & Benefits

• $150,000–$200,000 annual salary
