Job summary

Superpower is seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner in California to prescribe and manage targeted therapies within a longevity-focused program. This part-time, remote role requires an active CA NP license and experience in functional or integrative medicine; you will review diagnostics and document patient encounters, collaborating with a tech-enabled startup.

Commitment is 10–15 hours per week, fully remote across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Active California NP license is required; multi-state licensure preferred.
• Experience in functional medicine, longevity medicine, integrative care, endocrinology, or metabolic health.
• Comfort prescribing optimization-focused therapies, including compounded medications or off-label use.
• Strong grounding in safety, compliance and state NP practice requirements.
• Excellent communication skills and patient-centered approach.
• Telehealth experience and comfort working in a fast-moving, tech-enabled startup.

Responsibilities

• Prescribe and manage targeted therapies, including hormones, peptides, and other longevity-focused interventions.
• Apply a root-cause, systems-based approach to optimize long-term health outcomes.
• Review diagnostics and lab results to guide therapy selection.
• Document patient encounters accurately and compliantly.
