Job summary

General Medicine is a national telemedicine group building the licensure and collaborative practice backbone to enable safe, compliant NP practice across states. We seek a Manager of NP Licensure & Collaborative Practice to lead CP relations, CPA development, and licensure verification for NPs.

You will oversee CP onboarding, manage state-specific paperwork, and serve as the definitive expert on NP licensure and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience with NP/APRN licensure, credentialing, or collaborative practice agreements in healthcare or telehealth.
• Working knowledge of multi-state licensing board processes and primary source verification.
• Comfortable solving ambiguous, cross-functional problems and building processes from scratch.
• Strong documentation habits to ensure traceability.
• Hands-on use of AI tools in daily workflow.
• High attention to detail due to regulatory impact.

Responsibilities

• Manage collaborating physicians, track capacity, and onboard CPs.
• Build CPA templates and set up new CPAs and collateral paperwork.
• Review CPAs, file them internally, and update licensure records.
• Run primary source verification and license viability reviews for NPs.
• Track licensure and CPA status across states and resolve issues.
• Handle licensure escalations with boards or relevant parties.
• Serve as SME on NP licensure and compliance; research questions.
• Coordinate NP offboarding with CPs and state requirements.
• Provide pre-hire licensure review for NP candidates and inform recruiting.
