Job summary

Medical Director Services PC is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to deliver high-quality telemedicine care to nursing homes across multiple states. This remote role requires prior Skilled Nursing Facility experience, valid NP licensure in the required states, and the ability to work 3–12 hour shifts (AM or PM).

You will assess patients, prescribe treatments, educate families, and collaborate with physicians to maintain continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Must have Skilled Nursing experience as an NP.
• Licensed to practice as NP in required states.
• 3–12 Hour Shifts (AM or PM)

Responsibilities

• Assure delivery of quality care to patients in a respectful, professional manner.
• Assess patients by interview, exam, and history; document care.
• Develop and implement patient management plans; provide treatments.
• Prescribe medications as appropriate and monitor responses.
• Instruct and counsel patients on regimens, wellness, and daily living.
