Job summary

Local Infusion is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner to join our remote, patient-facing neurology and memory care team via telehealth. You will assess, plan, and manage treatments in collaboration with supervising physicians, educating patients and caregivers along the way.

The role requires 2+ years in neurology/memory care, a Virginia NP license, and strong documentation skills. This remote position offers growth opportunities, a supportive team, and a focus on expanding access to care.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted NP license in Virginia.
• 2+ years of neurology or memory/dementia care experience.
• Experience with telehealth and care-plan development.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical care to neurology/memory care patients via telehealth.
• Perform assessments, develop care plans, and manage treatments with supervising physicians.
• Collaborate with neurologists and care team for continuity of care.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses and treatment options.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation in compliance with regulations.
