Job summary

Qualifications

• Must reside in the state of Missouri.
• Active, unrestricted Missouri APRN license.
• Active DEA license.
• Missouri BNDD registration.
• MAT experience strongly preferred - must be open to work in MAT Program.
• Must pass background screening and credentialing.

Responsibilities

• Provide MAT via telehealth to Missouri patients.
