Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a full-time, telehealth physician with substance abuse treatment experience to join our team based out of our Jefferson City Regional Office, MO. This fully remote role requires Missouri residency and will provide MAT services to 21 Missouri Department of Corrections facilities.

Qualifications

• MD/DO licensed in Missouri.
• Board certified in primary care or emergency medicine.
• Experience with MAT and substance use treatment.
• Active DEA license and Missouri BNDD registration.
• Able to pass credentialing and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide MAT via telehealth to patients across Missouri DOC facilities.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and correctional staff.
• Ensure continuity of care across multiple facilities.
