Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking licensed Illinois clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence‑based mental health care. You will work within a nationwide hybrid care model, offering a full caseload with flexible scheduling and telehealth options.

Applicants must hold current licensure (LCPC, LMFT, LCSW, or Licensed Psychologist) and commit to 15 sessions weekly with 20 hours of availability. Thriveworks covers credentialing, billing, and training to support your clinical practice.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed and living in Illinois — LCPC, LMFT, LCSW or Licensed Psychologist
• Consistently available for at least 15 sessions with 20 hours of weekly availability
• Behavioral health generalist open to treating diverse clients including couples and children
• Invested in helping clients achieve measurable progress
• Confident with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
• A good teammate—we’re building a clinical community and value positive contributors

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence‑based mental health care to clients
• Maintain a caseload with consistent session delivery and scheduling
• Use telehealth and EHR tools to document and coordinate care
