Thriveworks Clinical - Illinois, P.C. is hiring licensed clinicians to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care through a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Champaign, Illinois.

You will join a clinician-led organization that supports growth and provides administrative assistance so you can focus on client care. The role requires an Illinois license (LCPC, LMFT, LCSW, or PhD), with at least 15 weekly sessions and 20 hours of availability.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed in Illinois.
• Able to provide 15 sessions with 20 hours of weekly availability.
• Open to treating diverse clients including couples and children.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence‑based care via telehealth and in‑person sessions.
• Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing.
• Utilize clinical technology and EHR tools to document care and coordinate with teams.
