MySpectrum Counseling & Coaching is expanding its clinician team to more closely reflect the diverse communities we serve. We welcome licensed therapists who bring cultural humility, varied perspectives, and demonstrated experience supporting Black and African American individuals, couples, and families, as well as other historically underserved communities.

MySpectrum is a practice, not a platform. Our clinicians are direct employees (W-2) who receive the operational support they need while

Formación

• Licensed in one or more of the states listed; eligible for credentialing with major insurance panels.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy via telehealth
• Complete timely clinical documentation
• Develop and maintain treatment plans
• Coordinate care as clinically appropriate
• Maintain all applicable licensure and professional requirements
