Job summary

MySpectrum Counseling & Coaching is expanding our clinician team to reflect the diverse communities we serve. We welcome licensed therapists who bring cultural humility and experience supporting Black and African American individuals, couples, and families, as well as other historically underserved communities.

We are a W-2 employer offering both part-time and full-time roles with flexible telehealth opportunities and in-person options where available, supported by administrative, scheduling,

Qualifications

• Licensed in one or more of the states listed (VA/TX/GA/MD/DC/NC/SC) as an LCSW/LPC/LMFT/LCP and eligible for credentialing with major insurance panels.
• Experience serving diverse populations.
• Flexibility to join now and grow caseload.
• Access to a personal computer suitable for telehealth and high-speed internet.
• Must have a HIPAA-protected space for sessions.
• Comfortable working remotely and seeing clients via telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy via telehealth.
• Complete timely clinical documentation.
• Develop and maintain treatment plans.
• Coordinate care as clinically appropriate.
• Maintain all applicable licensure and professional requirements.
