MySpectrum Counseling & Coaching is expanding its clinician team to better reflect the diverse communities we serve. We hire licensed therapists who bring cultural humility and experience supporting Black and African American individuals, couples, and families, as well as other historically underserved communities.

Our clinicians are W-2 employees with operational support and opportunities for telehealth and in-person sessions.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted behavioral health license in one or more states (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LCP).
• Experience serving culturally diverse populations.
• Ability to work remotely via telehealth with reliable technology.
• Access to a personal computer with high-speed internet and a private HIPAA-compliant space.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy via telehealth.
• Complete timely clinical documentation and treatment plans.
• Coordinate care and maintain licensure and professional requirements.
