Qualifications

• Regular predictable attendance is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Meet with patients to determine their status.
• Develop a course of therapy for treatment.
• Meet with patients regularly and provide tools to overcome issues.
• Provide references to other healthcare providers such as psychiatrists.
• Other duties as assigned.
