Zusammenfassung

TeleMed2U Inc. is seeking an experienced gastroenterologist to provide virtual patient care. You will evaluate, diagnose, and manage adult GI and hepatology patients through TeleMed2U’s telehealth platform.

The role supports a 37-hour clinical week with opportunities to supervise APPs, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to manage chronic and complex GI conditions using evidence-based medicine.

Qualifikationen

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology.
• Active, unrestricted medical license in CA & MN; multi-state licensure a plus.
• DEA license in good standing.
• Experience supervising advanced practice providers (APP).
• Comfortable providing care in a telehealth environment.
• Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered care approach.
• Reliable internet and telemedicine tech proficiency.

Aufgaben

• Conduct virtual evaluations and follow-up visits for adult GI patients via TeleMed2U’s telehealth platform.
• Collaborate with gastroenterologists and care team to plan treatment and ensure continuity of care.
• Order and interpret diagnostic studies as appropriate for telehealth settings.
• Document encounters accurately in the EHR and educate patients on diagnoses and options.
• Ensure compliance with telehealth regulations and licensure requirements.

Kenntnisse

MD/DO medical degree

Board Certified/Board Eligible in GI

Active multi-state license (CA & MN)

DEA license in good standing
