Behavioral Health Solutions is seeking a Telehealth Facilitator to join our behavioral health team. This role involves serving as the liaison during Telehealth visits, ensuring equipment functions properly, and coordinating appointments across SNFs in the Lewiston area.

Candidates must be tech-savvy with tablets, iPads, and standard office software. Travel to facilities is required, and travel compensation for fuel is provided where applicable.

Qualifications

• Proficient with tablets and mobile devices; able to troubleshoot tech issues.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software.
• Knowledge of behavioral health terminology.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and patient confidentiality.
• Valid driver’s license; able to travel to Lewiston area facilities.
• Vaccination requirements or exemptions as needed by facilities.
• BLS, TB test, and CPR/AED/First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Ensure telehealth equipment is working properly, troubleshoot technical issues, and connect patients with technical support as needed.
• Coordinating appointment scheduling between healthcare providers and clients in SNFs.
• Provide ongoing support to healthcare professionals regarding Telehealth services.
• Timely connection to telehealth appointments.
• Communicate with patients, families, facility staff, and colleagues professionally.

Behavioral Health Solutions is seeking a hard-working, self-driven individual to join our behavioral team as a Telehealth Facilitator. Candidates must be comfortable working in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment and display technical skills with tablet and telehealth equipment.

Applicants must be able and willing to travel to facilities in the Lewiston area on scheduled days. Travel to surrounding areas may be required, compensation for fuel will be provided.

Job Type

Full time or Part Time work available. The exact number of hours is dependent upon the range willing to travel.
