Job summary

Mira Mace is seeking a Credentialing & Enrollment Lead to own our multi-state provider enrollment strategy end-to-end. You will shape payer relationships, contracting, and enrollment across MA, Medicaid, and Original Medicare, working directly with founders and the COO.

In this strategic role, you will build the credentialing Playbook, drive CAQH/PECOS workflows, and ensure scalable enrollment operations in a fast-moving telehealth company that values ownership and impact.

Qualifications

• Multi-state telehealth credentialing experience.
• Knowledge of PC-MSO structures and their effect on payer enrollment.
• Direct experience with Medicare Advantage payers and state Medicaid programs.
• Hands-on with CAQH, PECOS, and state Medicaid portals.
• Experience with payer contracting and post-credentialing activities.
• Ability to work independently and own outcomes.
• Comfort in a small, fast-moving team with leadership access.
• Bonus: delegated credentialing, MAC jurisdictions, or EDI enrollment.

Responsibilities

• Own provider enrollment end-to-end for MA, Medicaid, and Original Medicare across multiple states—applications, follow-ups, and issue resolution.
• Lead credentialing strategy with CAQH, PECOS, and state Medicaid portals—prioritize and sequence actions.
• Navigate payer contracting—understand fee schedules, timelines, and negotiable terms.
• Build the playbook—document processes so enrollment knowledge isn’t siloed.
• Troubleshoot and elevate—fix stalled or denied applications and filing errors.
• Advise on structure—how PC-MSO structures, telehealth, and multi-state licensure interact with enrollment.
