Job summary

Allara is hiring board-eligible Endocrinologists to provide expert, remote care for women's health across the U.S. You will conduct video assessments, develop personalized plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.

This remote role emphasizes autonomous practice, evidence-based care, and compassionate patient engagement. Licensing across states is required, with ongoing ABIM certification pursued within one year of hire.

Qualifications

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
  • Active ABIM board certification in Internal Medicine.
  • Endocrinology fellowship training; board-eligible in Endocrinology.
  • Active/unencumbered state license in at least one US state.
  • Commitment to ABIM Endocrinology board certification within 1 year.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans via video visits.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to deliver high standards of care.
  • Complete required training and uphold Allara's clinical policies and best practices.
  • Educate patients on preventative care and wellness using evidence-based strategies.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records and complete charting in a timely manner.
  • Respond to patient questions and administrative messages with clarity and care.
  • Dedicate a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week, including consultations and medical guidance.

Your Impact
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans via video visits

Required Qualifications
  • Degree: MD or DO from an accredited institution
  • Board Certification: Active ABIM board certification in Internal Medicine.
  • Endocrinology Fellowship Training & Board Eligibility:
    • Successful completion of an ACGME-accredited Endocrinology fellowship.
    • Board-eligible in Endocrinology through the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM).
    • Commitment to obtain ABIM board certification in Endocrinology within one year of hire.
  • Experience: All board-eligible Endocrinologists are encouraged to apply
    • Women's health experience is a plus!
  • Clinical Independence: Proven ability to function as an autonomous provider with strong diagnostic judgment and critical thinking skills
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication, with an emphasis on compassion and clarity
  • Webside Manner: A natural ability to build trust and connection with patients in a virtual setting
  • Evidence-Based Practice: A genuine commitment to delivering care rooted in current clinical research
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable working across multiple platforms including EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling tools
  • Telemedicine Experience: Prior telehealth experience is a plus
  • State License Requirements & Hiring Considerations: An active, unrestricted, and unencumbered professional license in at least one U.S. state is required.
